All users cost $50/user/month regardless of permission level. Owners have full platform access and can invite Admins. Admins have full access to all features and settings, and can invite other Admins or Employees. Employees have a focused view for individual task management and collaboration. Owners can adjust permission levels at any time.
The $30,000 annual base fee covers your organization's access to the full EMP platform, including all 6 Core Modules, 4 Company Intelligence tools, customizable dashboard, AI-powered assistant, and all integrations. This is a recurring annual fee that provides unlimited workspace access.
Monthly billing is available at $2,750/month for the base fee (vs. $2,500/month equivalent with annual billing). The per-user fee of $50/month remains the same. Annual billing saves you approximately 10% on the base fee.
Users can be added or removed at any time through the admin dashboard. New users are billed at $50/month from their start date. Removed users stop billing at the end of the current billing period. Account owners can also change user permission levels (Admin, Manager, Employee) without affecting pricing.
